Kuroishi Komise Festival is held on Nakamachi Komise Street. Many come to see the live performances of Tsugaru shamisen, Tsugaru taiko drum, and yosakoi soran dance and enjoy the popular local specialty Kuroishi yakisoba available at the food stalls.
