The “Michino Eki Nijinoko Park” is a roadside rest stop which appears as if floating in the middle of the lake.
It features a comprehensive facility with 24-hour parking, restrooms, information services, miniature golf course, a sports garden, an athletic field, large play equipment area, a roofed stage for various events, and a BBQ area, making it an ideal location to spend a day with friends and family.

A local dish, Kuroishi Tsuyu Yakisoba, and other local cuisine are available at the park restaurant.
Additional features include the wisteria trellis, a Japanese rock garden, and the Kaizu no Izumi, a fountain inspired by the Trevi Fountain in Italy.

The park also attract visitors to see the Jugatsuzakura which blooms twice a year in the spring and the fall and the Shakuyakuen Garden which boasts over 700 bushes of 30 varieties of peony which blooms mid-June.
In the fall, visitors can enjoy the colored maple and rowan trees around the nearby dam.
